Jesus College, Oxford, was founded in 1571. The College is home to three libraries: the Fellows’ Library of 1679 (pictured in the header photograph by Archimage), the specialist Celtic Library, and the modern Meyricke Library. This blog was started in 2014 to show interesting books from the three collections and the activities of the libraries.

Fantastic work from Owen and the team, but this site really deserves a link or two from the main college website. The Fellows’ Library can’t be promoted enough!

Thank you! At your suggestion, our webmaster has added a link from the college website, so more people should find their way to reading about this wonderfully restored library.
